MARCUS KRUUS
Mr. Marcus Kruus has 20 years of experience working with real estate investments, business development, property development and investment funds in the Nordics and across Europe.
Mr. Kruus is the CEO of Aquilion and serves as a senior advisor and consultant to companies that are active in the construction and real estate industry. Typical consulting assignments include strategic consulting for investments and acquisitions, property development and construction management, asset management services, as well as long-term interim assignments such as the CEO, Director, Head of Asset Management and Business Developer.
Previously, Mr. Kruus served in leading positions including Fund Manager and Director of Obligo Investment Management (Oslo, Norway) with responsibilities for the company’s operations in Luxembourg and pan-European investment & asset management activites. Prior to joining Obligo, Mr. Kruus worked as Executive Director and Head of European Investment & Asset Management of Realkapital Partners (Luxembourg), as well as Head of Business Development at NCC in Sweden.
Mr. Kruus holds a Master of Science degree from Chalmers University of Technology (Gothenburg, Sweden) and an MBA from the Gothenburg School of Economics.
OLLE KRUUS
Mr. Olle Kruus has over 50 years of experience working with ground-up construction investments, property development schemes and senior project management assignments in Sweden and Norway.
Mr. Kruus is the chairman of Aquilion and works daily as a senior advisor and consultant to companies that are active in the construction and real estate industry. Typical consulting assignments include strategic consulting for several of Sweden’s leading listed housing development companies.
Previously, Mr. Kruus held leading positions including Senior Project Developer at JM with overall responsibility for JM’s housing development projects in Gothenburg. Before joining JM, Mr. Kruus worked as a Senior Business Developer at Skanska and as Senior Manager at Platzer.
Mr. Kruus holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Borås Tekniska Gymnasium (Sweden) and a Marketing Economics degree (DIHM) from IHM Business School in Gothenburg, Sweden.
